Wellness Navigation & Medication Review Session (60 minutes)

 A pharmacist-guided review to ensure your medications and supplements are safe, effective, and aligned with your wellness goals.

• Medication + supplement safety check
• Interaction + duplication review
• Guidance on reducing medications safely (when appropriate)
• Personalized recommendations

• People wanting to reduce medications safely
• Those taking herbs or supplements

Medication & Wellness Check-Up (30 -45minutes)

 

A quick check-in to help you stay on track with your medications, supplements, and wellness habits.

This follow-up session is designed for returning clients who want a simple touchpoint—not a full review. We’ll check how you’ve been feeling, look at any medication or supplement changes, and make small adjustments to support steady progress.

• Check-in on symptoms, energy, sleep, and mood
• Light adjustments to support your wellness goals
• Accountability + guidance between major sessions

Step 3 WELLNESS BOOTCAMP PROGRAM (ONGOING SUPPORT)

 

Keep Wellness Simple Bootcamp (6-Class Virtual Program)

A structured wellness program designed to help you improve nutrition, reduce inflammation, build healthy habits, and feel better through simple, evidence-based steps.

This program includes six virtual classes, taken in order, to give you structure, accountability, and personalized support.
Choose your pace: 6 weeks, 12 weeks, or 24 weeks, depending on your goals and schedule.

As a Pharmacist, I bridge the gap between medicine and wellness by teaching people how to use food as medicine while helping them stay safe with their medications and supplements—often reducing their need for medications over time.



I offer on-demand courses, masterclasses, downloadable guides to help you stay consistent. Some of our programs also include coaching opportunities for personalized guidance.


Every body is different, but most people feel more energized, less bloated, and more in control of their choices within the first few weeks. Our goal is lasting change — not quick fixes.


Yes! I teach Generational Health — simple ways to teach your family healthy habits that can be passed down. It’s never too early or too late to start!

These are cash-based, non-refundable services, but some insurances will cover this service. Check with your insurance company and ask if they cover Health and Wellness Coaching.
